Everyone knows Damon Dayton! His passion for SE Bikes and bike life is off the charts! We are so stoked on Damon, and proud to have him on the SE Crew.

How old are you?
Born June 28, 1972 in San Francisco, California, early on a Wednesday morning.

Where do you live?
I currently reside in the Sunshine state, Stockton, CA to be exact!

How many SE bikes do you own?
I currently own 79 SE bikes, several of different flavors. [Note: We'll be doing a separate posts listing Damon's bikes. It's a long list!]

What’s your favorite bike?
I truly love my 2010 OM Flyer Money Wrap because it was my first 26” SE bike. It has a style of its own and I really enjoy what I get out of it.

What’s your favorite place to ride?
I really love to ride in the L.A. area. It is spread out and it allows you to put in several miles without touching the same area twice. Not to mention, the beaches and views are amazing!

What’s your favorite thing about bike life?
My favorite thing about bike life is how many cool people I’ve got to meet and all of the cool places I’ve been. Bike life has a special place in my heart. It’s amazing to see youth through elders out on the bikes together.

What’s your secret for improving your riding skills?
Focus on what you want to learn and don’t give up. It’s a way of setting new goals for yourself. Stay focused

What’s something people may not know about you?
I work with the youth 24/7. I love to help others. I’m a two-time grandpa.

What advice would you give to someone just getting into bike life?
If you’re interested in bike life, get involved and do what makes you feel good. It’s a family thing. Be sincere and respectful to others, and safe. Helmets and gloves are recommended. “Safety first.”
